FAQs
-
We start mailing out packets mid February. If you make your reservation on or after March 1st, your packet will be available at Will Call the Saturday of the event.

Each stall or car corral that is purchased comes with two vendor passes. So if you were to purchase two stalls, and a car corral, you would receive 6 vendor passes total. You can also purchase additional passes.
-
Vendor passes must be traded for a bracelet. You can give them to those who will be helping with your stall(s). We cannot trade multiple passes for multiple bracelets to one person. Make sure all persons you are giving a pass to has their own pass to get in. Our wonderful Moonshiner ladies will be in the back parking lot during staging to bracelet vendors. The bracelets are waterproof and will last you both days.

We open the gates between 1PM & 2PM on Saturday and close them at 6PM. Sunday morning the gates open at 6AM and we open to the public at 9AM. Vendors must have all vehicles or items that don’t fit within the stall out before we open to the public. Absolutely no running vehicles are allowed during public hours. We then open the gates at 4PM on Sunday for loading.
-
Children are not prohibited, but if you are bringing a child during vendor unloading hours (anytime Saturday, 6am-9am Sunday), they will be required to have a vendor pass no matter the age. We also ask that you and your children understand that there is a lot of vehicles and heavy items being moved around during this time and it is very important to be vigilante and aware of what is happening around you.

Unfortunately the fairgrounds prohibits all animals unless it is a service animal.

We have lots of vendors who enjoy staying for the weekend. Reservations are made directly through the fairgrounds. Call 253-845-1771 or EMAIL at info@thefair.com
